With a triathlon background, Jake used indoor cycling as a way to get time in the saddle over the winter months. He soon realized it was helping him improve his endurance, and found that time just flew by every time her rode. As an instructor, Jake wants his riders to walk out of his classes feeling like they’ve accomplished something that they didn’t think was possible. He hopes his character and positive attitude will help motivate others to improve themselves. Outside the studio, you can probably find him training for his next marathon. He’s an avid runner who says his greatest accomplishment was completing the Ironman Boulder in under 12 hours. When you ride with Jake, you can expect a class that’s focused on functional fitness and interval training.
