Heidi was looking for a fun, yet challenging workout routine that would go easy on her hips and knees, so when some friends invited her to join them at an indoor cycling class, she was all for it. As an instructor, Heidi wants her riders to feel like those 50 minutes flew by. She wants them to feel like they had an absolute blast singing along to songs, sweating a ton, and feeling accomplished. She hopes that her energy and care for others shine through each and every class, and that her positive vibes will motivate her riders to work their butts off and keep them coming back for more. When Heidi’s not at the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs.
