Bri started indoor cycling as cross training for running. Obviously, living in North Dakota makes it tough to run outdoors year-round, so she was happy to find something that would keep her in shape — and be super fun, to boot. As an instructor, Bri wants her riders to feel the stress of their day gone, their bodies lighter (and sweatier), and leave the studio on a high. She hopes to inspire others by being someone they can relate to; as a working mom of two, Bri strongly believes in the importance of making time for what matters — and fitness is definitely high on her list. She wants everyone to know that no matter how stressful life can be, taking time for yourself is a necessity. When you ride with Bri, come ready to sweat it out!
